Innovation for Education(InnovEd) is a project of the NPCC in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the MITD with the objective of promoting a culture of creativity and innovation among Mauritian students and to ultimately create a nation of innovators. The focus of InnovEd 2018 is on the theory of Multiple Intelligences. This platform provides resources for both teachers and students to be creative and innovative.

    Innovation for the Education Sector (InnovEd) is a joint project of NPCC with Ministry of Education, and Human Resources Tertiary Education and Scientific Research and the Mauritius Institute of Training and Development(MITD).  

    All Colleges and MITD training centres are invited to register for the InnovEd 2018 project.

    Student's corner provide a variety of materials for students to be creative and innovative

    The teacher's corner provides a range of materials for teachers to be creative and innovative in their classroom.

    This corner is dedicated to our Subject Matter Experts who are professionals working in the Creative Industries.

    Students and teachers can interact with the experts via the forum based on their chosen themes.

    InnovEd (Innovation for the Education Sector) is a joint project of the National Productivity and Competitiveness Council (NPCC) and the Ministry of Education and Human Resources, which was launched in 2005.  The aim of InnovEd is to promote critical thinking and problem solving, creativity and innovation among students.
