We are pleased to invite you to join us for the National Leadership Engine (NLE) Convention. The ceremony will be graced by the Honourable Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius.

The NLE is a project organised by the National Productivity and Competitiveness Council (NPCC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MYS). The main objective of the NLE is to develop a leadership pipeline to achieve higher productivity and better living for the nation. The NLE Convention is the last phase of the NLE project aimed at celebrating the achievements of more than 300 young leaders, following the successful completion of their training in leadership and project implementation at community level.
The NLE has been an opportunity to discover how to develop leadership potential among the youth. The Convention will showcase projects implemented by NLE participants. On this occasion, they will be awarded prizes, trophies, and certificates based on their achievements.
